I went out to shovel snow in my parking lot at my studio. As I rounded the corner of the building, hidden just under the snow was some ice and down I went! The gravitational pull of the earth took over and I landed on my left hand and buttocks. I was a little surprised and quickly got up. I looked around to make sure no one was watching! If they were, they were gone now. I thought I was okay, so I got the shovel and shoveled the snow, threw salt on the ice, and with my pride hurt a little, I went back in my studio.
After finishing work we headed out to do some shopping. I started feeling the ache and pains in my back and my wrist. I took a couple ibuprofen which I haven't had for about six months since taking ProArgi9+.
After Christmas shopping till midnight, I was feeling pretty sore. I got to bed as soon as I could.
I still drank my two scoops of ProArgi9+ morning and night.
I woke up this morning with no ill effects from the fall! Normally, I would be in pain for several days. I've got to attribute this in part to

I just seem to recover quicker when I have to do more physical labor than I usually do, such as shoveling my parking lot, etc.
